Valid from 0.0 to 1.0 where EHorizontal squared + EVertical squared = 1.

The E-fields vertical magnitude component.
Valid from 0.0 to 1.0 where EHorizontal squared + EVertical squared = 1.

| Phase |
The phase in degrees between the e-fields.
Valid values are from -180 to 180.
